What You'll do:

We are seeking a Creative Media Intern who can transform ideas into captivating videos, realistic visuals, and impactful social content. You will take ownership of creating and managing end-to-end media assets, including video shoots, editing, poster creation, and motion graphics. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working in consumer-facing B2C or D2C brands. 


Over the course of this 3-month full-time internship, you will work directly with the Design and Creative Lead, who will mentor and support your growth. You will actively contribute to brand marketing and go-to-market initiatives, gaining real-world, practical experience as you apply and sharpen your skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, social posts) and long-form content.

  • Manage basic on-set videography: camera handling, lighting, audio, and composition.

  • Design realistic image posters and high-impact visuals for marketing and social media.

  • Create basic motion graphics and animations to enhance video storytelling.

  • Adapt trending visual formats and social media content to align with the brand’s tone and style.

  • Develop creative scripts, captions, and visual concepts that resonate with target audiences.

  • Actively use AI tools like ChatGPT, Sora, Krea, Runway, and other generative platforms to enhance content quality and workflow speed.

  • Engage with content performance insights to iterate and improve future creative pieces.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Visual Communication, Film Making, Media Studies, Animation, or a related creative field.

  • Mandatory:

    • Strong video editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).

    • A solid showreel or portfolio showcasing previous video work, posters, and motion graphics.

    • Working knowledge and practical application of generative AI tools like Runway, Sora, Krea, Midjourney, ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly or similar tools.

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar image editing tools.

  • Familiarity with basic motion graphics techniques and tools like Adobe After Effects.

  • Basic understanding of current trends and social media formats.
