Full-time (Onsite)

What You'll do:

We’re looking for an Operations Manager who thrives on structure, speed, and clarity. Someone who loves making things move, fixing what’s broken, and setting up what doesn’t yet exist.

You’ll be the engine behind our internal operations - streamlining how the team works, ensuring everyone’s on the same page, and building systems that scale with us. From meetings to trackers to hiring rituals, you’ll make sure things just work - and keep improving over time.

If you’re sharp, fast, organized, and excited about working at the intersection of neuroscience, health-tech, and human performance - you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Drive at Neurostellar

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the engine behind how the company runs every day. You’ll lead critical backend functions across:

  • Documentation & Compliance – Manage internal documentation and databases, legal/finance filings, and ensure process hygiene.

  • Finance Ops – Support bookkeeping, payroll coordination, and timely vendor payments.

  • Supply Chain Coordination – Place component orders, track shipments, and update inventory systems.

  • People & Culture – Own onboarding/off-boarding, build team rituals, and help roll out perks.

  • Investor & External Relations – Maintain investor databases and assist leadership with reports and updates.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, structured chaos — and wants to build systems that scale. You’ll work closely with leadership, and be the force that keeps all moving parts aligned.

What You’ll Own

  • Drive daily operational rhythm — meetings, updates, project trackers

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, design, science, GTM)

  • Own internal systems and tools: Notion, Slack, Google Drive, etc.

  • Build and manage workflows for task tracking, documentation, OKRs

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and team culture rituals

  • Identify inefficiencies and design better systems

  • Work directly with leadership to drive execution and accountability

  • Help ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with company goals

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years experience in operations, program/project management, or business ops

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

  • Strong communicator — can synthesize information clearly and drive clarity

  • Comfortable using tools like Notion, Sheets, Slack, and task trackers

  • Thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing environments

  • Bias for execution — can take ownership and make things move

Bonus: Experience in a startup or early-stage teamExtra Bonus: Exposure to health-tech, wellness, or consumer product companies

What Success Looks Like

  • Teams are aligned, informed, and working efficiently

  • Clear systems exist for communication, tracking, and documentation

  • Bottlenecks are anticipated and resolved early

  • Leadership has visibility into progress, risks, and priorities

  • Ops scales as the company grows — without becoming rigid
